Counts the first denomination of a mixed stack of bills and stops when another denomination is detected. You have to Manually remove the suspicious Bill from the Stacker and resume the count.

From 800 up to 1200 notes/min under CNT mode. Auto/Manual count, ADD, BATCH, ADD/BATCH, and PRINT detailed reports. Machine pre-programmed to count and sort USD, CAD, MXN, EUR and GBP. It can support most of the currencies in the world (upon demand) and can be installed easily using a USB key.

Recognition and save/print function after each count. Keep track of the count through the DT600 Large 3.5 TFT display and user-friendly interface.

You can pull out a report showing (1) Breakdown of Quantity and Total Value, (2) Serial Number Report, (3) Multi-Currency Count Report, and (4) Error Report. Print and pull out a detailed receipt after each count by pressing the OK button (compatible with DT50P ACE Printer). Connect a USB Key to extract a detailed report of the count (including Serial Number) on a CSV file. Software update upon demand, please reach out to our support team.

It includes 2 CIS, ultraviolet, magnetic, infrared, double note and size detection sensors to ensure a 100% authentic count. It's unique value counting system not only eliminates all doubts but also allows you to keep track of every count through a detailed report showing the total value of count and breakdown per denomination.

You can also benefit from an additional layer of security by keeping record of suspicious banknote serial numbers (USD, EUR and GBP). Having the correct feeding gap adjusted will ensure smooth counting as well as a trouble-free operation. Proceed with this calibration when notes are improperly fed through the hopper or several error messages are occurring too often. Double Bill (E2) or Chain (E3) error means that two bills passed at the same time (partial overlap).

We recommend restarting the count otherwise the count will be innacurate. Please remove all bills from the hopper and stacker, reset the count, adjust the feeding gap and resume the count. Please ensure the screw head is positioned in the middle of the wheel as shown in the image. Trial and error attempts are recommended before you make the final adjustment. Adjusting the Feeding Gap - How to Tighten. When the hopper is too loose, please tighten it by toggling the wheel to "+" or Counter-Clockwise. It works for new (thinner) and Polymer notes, to reduce the gap. Adjusting the Feeding Gap - How to Loosen. When the hopper is too tight, please loosen it by toggling the wheel to"-" or Clockwise, It works for used (thicker) and Polymer notes, to increase the gap.
