IMC01 money counter machine Bill Counter Currency For Parts Or Not Working Right

  

Machine comes on, powers on fine. All buttons seem to work as they should.

I personally never got machine to bill or bills. I adjusted ask it said and not 1 bill went through. This came in on one of my pallets. I may fool around with it some more. There are broken plastic parts on machine.

The right side the side broke off from the screws (see pics). Cracks on the white plastic. I tried to take pics showing everything. Plastic is still on screen part.
