That has been our experience with this unit. Unit initially gave errors when first taken out of the box such as spacing or double error but after 10 tries or so it operated as designed without any errors. Item was removed from a working environment, a corporate office going through liquidation and equipment upgrades. Some scuffs on exterior as shown in pictures. Please look at all pictures and video before purchasing, only what is included in pictures is included in sale. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving. Power: Power cord/supplies are not included unless otherwise specified.
